Chapter 11 PLT-Precious Little Treasure

A sad story.

Mr and Mrs Huang came to visit not long after father and Niang returned from Tianjin.Mrs Huang knew of father's first marriage and the existence of all seven childern.This was highly unusal.Most of Niang's friend were unware that she had five stepchilern.Niang was 7 older than Big Sister.

I got a babybird as present.It conforted me to know I was needed.I dug worms up from garden.It was a second Saturday I dug worms for my PLT.Second Brother hit me and rob the worm.But I returned to the garden because I promised the bird a tasty worm.Then this time Jackie ,the dog,lunged at me and sank his teeth into my outstretched left wrist.

The bad thing was later.In order to test Jackie's obedience,Father asked Big Brother to go fetch one duckling.The  doomed duckling was mine.So my duckling was gone forever.
